Return information: If at any time you are having problems with your item please contact us by Email. We are happy to give tech support far beyond the 60 day warrantee. State the problem or question as clearly as you can. We are eager to help you with your issue or request. (Please, no extraneous technical questions. Trade secrets will not be divulged.) We guarantee our parts and service for each unit we sell for 30 days. If we fully built a product in our lab, such as with the Paracorder line, our Warrantee extends to 60 days and 1 year of full service, free. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. There will be no refunds beyond 30 days. *** If you are sending anything back, please use some sort of tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages. RETURN POLICY: You get a 15 day trial period on any product. WE NEVER HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE , however we do charge for initial shipping if you find the item unacceptable therefore please read about your item. If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), simply return the item within 15 days from the time the tracking states you received product (except if the product was on Ebay or Amazon.com). Upon return of your product(s) YOU WILL GET 100% OF YOUR PAYMENT MINUS THE INITIAL SHIPPING PRICE. Please make sure the product(s) you return is in good resale condition along with all parts, batteries, packaging and manuals in the original box. We will then send you instructions on how to return the product(s) to us for a refund or a replacement. No receipt will be needed, we have all sales recorded in our database. SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK Please include all original manuals, packaging and peripherals in the original box. Please make sure to pack it well and send it back using some sort of tracking system. IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN: We take full responsibility of our production or retrofit and related components, therefore if one of our components fail we will replace it or refund your money. If the full product itself fails we will replace it (unless a refund is desired by the customer). In all fairness, please understand that if the product is deemed not broken, we will ship your product back with no refund and relinquish any further guarantees on the product, therefore please be sure of your claims and understand how the product works. THE PRODUCT DOESN'T SUIT YOUR NEEDS? NO PROBLEM. No problem, we have a money back guarantee. You have up to 15 days from the time the package was sent by us to return the product in its original state where it can be resold by us. If the box or any of the peripherals or contents are missing, broken or scratched, we will not be able to give you a full refund for the product. We will assess the damage and give you a partial refund. We feel we are being very fair extending this guarantee to you, we ask that you please be equally fair to us. If the product was sent to you with free shipping, we will deduct the initial shipping cost, it's just fair. Please read all information on any product prior to purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us.
DIDN'T GET THE PACKAGE? DON'T WORRY, WE CAN HELP. Contact us immediately after a package was expected based on the tracking number. We will then open a case with the carrier. The carrier will investigate and after a week, if your package is deemed lost, we send you another package or refund 100% of your money!
